ABOUT JACK NETZEL-YATES

 

JACK GRADUATED FROM OKLAHOMA CITY UNIVERSITY IN 2010 WITH A BFA IN THEATRE DESIGN AND PRODUCTION WITH AN EMPHASIS IN SCENIC DESIGN. CURRENTLY, JACK IS THE RESIDENT SCENIC DESIGNER AND PROP MASTER FOR THEATRE MEMPHIS, WHERE HE HAS BEEN FOR OVER 10 SEASONS. PRIOR TO MEMPHIS, JACK SPENT THREE YEARS IN MICHIGAN WITH THE KALAMZOO CIVIC THEATRE AS AN INTERN AND ASSOCIATE SCENIC DESIGNER. HE HAS COLLABORATED ON A VARIETY OF WORK WITH COMPANIES INCLUDING THEATRE MEMPHIS, BALLET MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE SHAKESPEARE COMPANY, OPERA MEMPHIS, HUTCHISON SCOOL, KALAMAZOO CIVIC THEATRE, OKC REP, OKLAHOMA CITY THEATRE COMPANY, FRESH PAINT PERFORMANCE LAB, OKLAHOMA SHAKESPEARE IN THE PARK AND LIGHT OPERA OKLAHOMA.
